And He's 7!

Our handsome baby boy is now 7 years old!  

How did this happen??  I just brought him home from the hospital.  I just planned his 1st Birthday.  Time goes by too fast!  

Ben is an amazing boy!  He is sweet, loving, smart, energetic boy.  We are so blessed to have such an wonderful boy!

Friday Reese and I took donuts to Ben's class for a special birthday treat.

Saturday morning Ben woke up early to open presents from Mommy, Daddy, & Reese.  He was so excited about his gifts.

That afternoon Ben had a party with his friends at Andy B's.  They rode go carts and played in the arcade.  Ben had a lot of fun with all his buddies that came!

Sunday evening Ben's grandparents came over for pizza and cake.  Ben is very blessed to have so many people that love him so much!

Daddy and I are so proud of you!  You are such a sweet boy.  You are an AMAZING big brother and your sissy loves you so much!  We love seeing you learn and do well at school.  It is so fun to watch you play baseball and soccer and to see how much you love to play.  Daddy and I are so blessed and love you so much!

Saturday was college football day!  That means lots of football and family fun!

1st Grader!

Today is Ben's first day of 1st Grade!
We are very lucky to be able to send him to such a great school!!!
Monday we took all of his school supplies and he got to see where in the class he would be sitting.  I was happy to see he was in between two girls... this will hopefully keep him quiet :)
Mrs. Madden is a great teacher and I'm excited to see what all Ben learns this year!
Last night Ben let me know this was the last "first day" or any day that I would be able to walk him to class.  He has grown up so much!  I am very happy that he is that comfortable to go in to school by himself.  I on the other hand am not sure how much I like this-ha!

A One-derful Time!

Reese celebrated her 1st birthday on Saturday!  She got all dressed up in her best dress and pink toenails and partied!  All of our family came over to help celebrate.  Reese is so blessed to have so many people that love her.  She had a great time and got some really fun presents!

Reese, this was Mommy's rocking chair that Gigi got her on her for Christmas when she was 2.  Pops painted and fixed it.   Gigi had the adorable  cushion made for it.  It is a beautiful gift and I hope you know how special it is.
