It's "SCIENCE"!

Ben got this present from Uncle Luke:

So Ben got Daddy to help him do some "science".

It came with this little magnifying glass that Ben thought he had to use the whole time :)

Lot's of mixing & fizzing... Ben loved it!

Good thing he has that magnifying glass haha!!

And then of course things got messy!!!! That's when I left :)

Ben's 5th Birthday!!!!

Ben had a very exciting week of Birthday festivities!

Wednesday on his actual Birthday he took football cupcakes to his friends at school. Then that evening we had his grandparents and Uncle AJ & Uncle Luke over to party. My mom & I made a cute little baseball cake and we ordered Ben's favorite, Hideaway Pizza. He was spoiled with some great presents and he LOVED them all.

Saturday was his party at Bouncy Barn. He invited his cousins, and his friends from church and school. Everyone had a ton of fun!!!

Ben's been working all evening on getting all his gifts open and played with! Thank you everyone who celebrated with Ben!!!

Happy 5th Birthday Ben!

Today my "baby" boy turns 5 years old! I can't believe I have a 5 year old... time flys! This age is a hard one for me~ha! Ben is in school now and to me he just seems so big. But he isn't too big to hold my hand or let me love on him :) I cherish this now because I know one day he won't let me.

Walk-A-Thon!

Today was Ben's Walk-A-Thon at school! This is a huge deal! The kids get pledges for money and that money goes to the school. For every $25 dollars they raise they get a prize... Ben's working on raising enough money for the Kung Zhu. The kids LOVE walk-a-thon!

I went up to the school at lunch time and brought Ben Chick-Fil-A. We ate and then all the kids played on the playground. Since it was so hot today they decided to bring them in to watch a movie. There was supposed to be some games this afternoon but the school decided to call it off due to the heat... so Ben and I came home early.

This is "The Stump". When I ask Ben what he did at recess today sometimes he says "We worked on the stump". Now I know what he's talking about :)

Student Of The Month

Matt and I went to Chapel today at Ben's school because he got Student Of The Month!!!! He received it for excellence in the character trait of obedience. We are very proud of him! He's such a good boy.
